A very surprising case has come to light from Patan in Satara, Maharashtra. Here a man set his house on fire after a quarrel with his wife. The fire of anger was so hot that it engulfed ten houses in the neighborhood in no time and all were almost completely burnt down. According to the police, if all the houses are mixed in this fire, there has been a loss of crores of rupees.
After this incident in Mazgaon of Patan taluka, the police have arrested the accused husband by registering a case against him. Sanjay Patil, a resident of Mazgaon, had a fight with his wife Pallavi on Monday afternoon. The matter escalated to such an extent that a fight broke out between the two. After this Sanjay was so furious that he brought petrol from outside and sprinkled it on his house and set it on fire.
According to the villagers, the fire was so severe that only people got a chance to get out of the house.
Neighbors caught the accused and beat them fiercely
Due to the petrol, the flames were so fierce that it engulfed 10 houses in the neighborhood of the accused. In this fire, the maximum damage has been done to four houses in the immediate neighborhood of Sanjay. According to the police, the fire took a fierce form due to the gas cylinders kept in these houses. After the incident, the accused was caught and beaten up fiercely by the neighbors and then dragged him to the police station.
Wife also filed a complaint of assault
