Police confiscated Audi car worth 31 lakhs of Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari lodged in Banda Jail

The priceless Audi car of Bahubali Mukhtar Ansari, lodged in Banda Jail, has been confiscated by the Ghazipur Police. The cost of the car is 31 lakhs. The car belongs to Afsha Ansari, wife of Mukhtar Ansari. The police took the action of attachment by thrashing the duggee. Recently, in search of him, the police had raided many areas including Hazratganj and Wazirganj. But, the accused had fled before the arrival of the police. Police has declared a reward of Rs 25,000 on both the accused.

Property worth crores sealed in Mau

On June 19, the district administration had seized illegal properties worth Rs 2 crore of gangster Suresh Singh, close to Mukhtar, in Mau. Along with this, the administration had also decided to deposit the rent of the bank and UP FCI office running in the building in the government treasury. The rent of the building will be deposited in the account of the administration. Gangster Suresh Singh is a member of Mukhtar Ansari’s extortion gang D-34. Earlier also the police had confiscated his property and vehicles. Police have already seized 04 buses of Suresh Singh worth Rs 86 lakh on September 1 and 9 vehicles worth Rs 1 crore 5 lakh 40 thousand on September 03. On 31 May 2020, action under the Gangster Act was taken against Suresh by the Sarailakhansi police station. Police arrested and challaned.
