Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HAS) exam is going to be conducted for the first time under the shadow of network jammer. The examination is being organized across the state on 26 September. The State Public Service Commission took this decision to completely put an end to the chances of cheating during the examination. Till now network jammers are installed only in UPSC exams. After the meeting of the officials of the Public Service Commission, it was decided to install network jammers in the HAS examination. Apart from this, it was also decided that candidates coming from outside states would be allowed to enter the examination centers only after showing negative report of corona or vaccine certificate. This condition will not be applicable for any candidate of the state. It is noteworthy that the HAS exam is being conducted on 26 September in the morning and evening session. Candidates will take the exam in 133 centers of the state. 30625 candidates have applied for 18 posts in Administrative Services. Candidates will be required to bring admit card and identity card with them. At the same time, Additional Secretary of the Commission, Sushma Vats said that the candidates coming to take the examination from outside states will have to bring 72 hours earlier RTPCR negative report, 24-hour old rate negative report or certificate of both the doses, only then they will have to sit in the examination centers. will be allowed. The exam will be held on September 26 from 10:00 to 12:00 and 2:00 to 4:00.

133 centers have been set up in 10 districts
Centers have been set up in all districts except Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti. Of these 32 centers have been set up in Shimla, 14 in Solan, 30 in Kangra, Dharamsala, Palampur, 12 in Mandi, Sundernagar, 5 in Kullu, 6 in Chamba, 9 in Una, 6 in Bilaspur, Hamirpur and Nadaun.

8 posts of State Administrative Service will be filled in Personnel Department. One post of District Controller in Food Supply Department, four posts of State Police Service in Home Department, 2 posts of Block Development Officer in Rural Development Department, one Tehsildar in Revenue Department and 2 posts of Assistant Registrar in Cooperation Department will be filled.
