Record snowfall in Lahaul Spiti
After the onset of winter season, Lahaul-Spiti received snowfall. The most snow fell in Hansa. Here 38.1 cm of snow fell. Koksar 15.3 cm, Samdo 13.5 and Gondla 8.0 cm snow fell.

Kinnaur and Shimla received maximum rain
During the last 24 hours, many areas of Kinnaur and Shimla received heavy rainfall. The highest rainfall was received in Kinnaur’s Sangla 66.4 mm, Reckong Peo 54.4 mm, Kinnaur’s Kalpa 50.2 mm, Shimla’s Sarahan 26.0 mm and Rampur 25.5 mm.
