The Bihar government has decided to extend the fourth phase of the lockdown to June 7. CM Nitish Kumar will announce it in a while. Bihar government is preparing to give many relaxations in the fourth phase of lock down. At present, the opening hours of essential goods shops in the state are from 6 am to 10 am in urban areas and 8 to 12 am in rural areas. The deadline for the opening of these shops can be extended. Apart from essential goods, the government has allowed shops of agricultural goods to open on all days and hardware shops for three days a week. After June 1, clothes and some other shops are also likely to be allowed to open. Apart from this, the number of employees in private and government offices can be increased. The decision regarding the number of public programs will also be taken today.
