He said that the government can soon take a big decision regarding the vaccine in the state. Between 10 and 30 November, 2868 passengers have come to Mumbai. More than 1000 people have been tracked
Aaditya Thackeray, a minister in the Maharashtra government, had informed on Monday that since November 10, around 1000 passengers have arrived at the Mumbai International Airport. He had told that the process of contact tracing and tracking of these passengers has already started.

He had said, ‘We have the information of all the passengers who came to Mumbai from South Africa in the last few days. Those who have come here in the last 10 days are being contacted by the authorities for testing and they are being questioned about symptoms like Kovid-19. He said that arrangements are being made for the patients coming positive.

Travelers coming from abroad are being quarantined for a week
Kishori Pednekar claimed on Thursday that not a single case related to the new variant of Corona, Omicron, has been found in Mumbai. But still, travelers coming from abroad are being quarantined for a week. He told that after the quarantine, the corona test of the passengers will have to be done again. A senior BMC official said that about one thousand passengers had come from African countries in Mumbai last week. But they could get information of only 466 people.
