Four Afghan nationals who were staying illegally for five years after their visa expired were arrested in Jharsa village in the heart of Gurgaon city on Sunday.

Police has become alert regarding Independence Day in Gurgaon. CM Flying has also increased its surveillance on Independence Day. Four Afghan nationals who were staying illegally for five years after their visa expired were arrested in Jharsa village in the heart of Gurgaon city on Sunday. After arresting the accused, CM Flying has registered a case in Sadar police station under various sections.

The Chief Minister’s flying squad has arrested four Afghan nationals, who were allegedly staying in India for an extended period of time after their visas expired. Officials said on Sunday that those arrested had come to India on tourist and medical visas. Flying squad officials said the visas of three of the four accused had expired in 2016, while one had expired in 2019. The arrested accused have been identified as Abdul Ghaffar Nori, Muhammad Shabir, Amal Ira and Muhammad Yasin Shahadat, all residents of Kabul, Afghanistan.

Officials said that they got information from sources that some Afghan nationals are living illegally in Jharsa village of Gurugram. After the information, CM Flying raided and arrested the accused living here without legal documents. The owner of the house Puneet Thakaran also did not take complete documents from the accused foreign nationals. CM Flying officer Harish Budhiraja said that a case has been registered against the accused in Sadar police station.

More than 10 thousand foreign nationals living in Gurgaon
About 10 thousand foreign nationals who came on medical and tourist visa are living in Gurgaon. Not only this, if the right monitoring is done, a large number of foreign nationals can get their visas expired. Officials of CM Flying say that before giving a house or hotel on rent, you must take documents from foreign nationals.
