Accident in Jamshedpur: Ballast laden highway overturns at home, people sleeping in the house narrowly escaped; driver’s injury

The home owner has demanded compensation from the highway owner.

At the house of Raju Kumar, who lives in number three road of Sitaramdera police station area, the ballast-laden highway overturned uncontrollably last night. The people sleeping in the house narrowly escaped. The house was damaged due to the overturning of the highway. The driver sustained minor injuries. The people of the house got up from the sudden sound. On information, the police reached the spot on Friday morning.

The home owner has demanded compensation from the highway owner. The owner of the house, Raju told- Last night at around 12.30, the highway overturned at the house. Everyone at home was sleeping. While backing, the rear wheel of the Hiva entered the drain on the roadside. Due to this the highway became uncontrolled and overturned at home.
