Accused of cheating from gaming after porn: Raj Kundra accused of cheating Rs 3000 crore from online gaming, BJP MLA Ram Kadam said – looted the poor

The troubles of businessman Raj Kundra, who was arrested in the soft porn case, are not ending. BJP MLA and spokesperson Ram Kadam has accused Kundra and his company of cheating thousands of crores of rupees through the online game ‘GOD’. Kadam has also accused of extorting money through gambling games and grabbing money of poor people in the name of distribution.

On Friday, during the press conference, Ram Kadam alleged that Raj Kundra used the name and pictures of actress Shilpa Shetty to promote the game. Kadam said, ‘Raj Kundra cheated through the online game GOD. We respect Shilpa Shetty’s talent, but in this game, Shilpa Shetty’s face was used for promotion.’

3 thousand crores this scam
Kadam says, “Raj Kundra has a company named after Viaan Industries, in which he is a director. Viaan is a game called GOD (Game of Dots) from the company. It has been described as a legal online game. The picture of Shilpa Shetty was used for promotion on the letter head of Viaan company. It was reported that the sport is recognized by the government. In this game, there was talk of giving prize money. People from all over the country were duped. Viaan Industry has done a scam of 2500 to 3000 crores.

Accused of taking 15 to 30 lakh rupees from a person
Ram Kadam further said, ‘Our constitution did not give the right to cheat anyone. 30 lakh was taken from someone, 15-20 lakh was taken from someone. People were misled by talking about the distribution of the game and money was looted from them. People took distributorship and some people ran it for a few days. Some people immediately came to know that this is an act of cheating. Who gave Raj Kundra the right to cheat the poor like this?’

Accused of assaulting victims for demanding money
Ram Kadam further said that when the victims of this case reached Raj’s office asking for money, his bouncer beat him up. The BJP leader said that this is not a press conference against or in support of any particular person, he is raising this issue in the context of Raj Kundra duping the youth.

Raj Kundra has been arrested under IPC sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intent), 292 and 293 (obscenity and indecisiveness) and relevant sections of the Information Act for making and circulating soft porn. Presently he is in judicial custody. On Thursday, the court had also filed his bail plea.
