Action: Car installments were not paid on time, sold further without taking NOC, case

The police have registered a case against the accused for not paying the loan installments to buy the car by the city police. The accused has been identified as Ratan Chand resident of village Mawa. ASI Angrez Singh said that the police have registered a case on the statements of Mandeep Kumar Branch Manager Shri Ram Transport Finance Limited Mohalla Guru Nagar.

He told that the said accused had taken a loan of Rs 7 lakh 50 thousand from Shri Ram Transport Company to buy the vehicle. Whose total 47 installments were made which were not given on time. He said that the vehicle taken from Shri Ram Transport was further sold without taking NOC. The police have registered a case and started further action.
