Ahmedabad on the path of development: 2 overbridges worth 630 crores to connect Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad, inaugurated in the virtual presence of Shah and Gadkari

The journey of one hour will be completed in 20-25 minutes by both the bridges connecting Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad.

On the occasion of Vikas Diwas, two overbridges connecting Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad, constructed with an expenditure of Rs 70 crore, have been inaugurated. While Bhoomi Pujan of 2 overbridges has also been done on Raksha Shakti and Apollo Circle with an expenditure of Rs 241 crore.

Two overbridges were constructed on Sarkhej highway connecting Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad, in which Sargasan and Infocity flyover bridge has been completed with an expenditure of Rs 70 crore. Both these overbridges were inaugurated on Vikas Diwas in the virtual presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari.

Along with this, 2 overbridges will be built on the route connecting Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad, in which traffic will be strengthened by making overbridges at Apollo Circle and Raksha Shakti Circle. Both these overbridges will be built with an expenditure of Rs 241 crore, for which Bhoomi Pujan was performed.

Infocity Overbridge
Flyover: Flyover on National Highway-147 Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway near Infocity (D-0) Junction.

Total Length – 1172 square meters

Service road length: 1172 m (both sides) 7 m width
Street Light: Total – 40 Nos On Bridge And 74 Nos On Service Road
