Allegation: Uncle accused of threatening to kill after beating his own nephew, case registered

Your case is going on in our court. You testify in our favor to finish this case. If you don’t do this, I will kill you. This threat was given by a person to his nephew. On refusing to testify in the High Court, the accused along with his accomplices thrashed his nephew badly.

The accused fled after the incident. As soon as the information was received, the DLF Phase-3 Police Station reached the spot and started investigation. The police is investigating the matter. Nathupur resident Vikas alias Vicky told that he is having a dispute with his uncle in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Vicky was standing outside his house late on 6th July.
