Police has arrested an accused in the case of shooting dead Arpit Kashyap alias Arpit Sharma (21 years) on the morning of 29 June in Subhash Colony Road No-2 of Ulidih police station area. The accused Sunil Rajak, a resident of Laxman Nagar of Ulidih, was caught by the police on secret information. Sunil is accused of helping David and his accomplices escape after Arpit’s murder, who opened fire on his bike and car. The deceased Arpit was a resident of Kalikanagar Road No.
During interrogation, Sunil Rajak told- David killed Arpit as part of a conspiracy in a dispute over money transactions. There was also abusing between the two due to money. After interrogation, the police sent Sunil to jail on Friday. Police have recovered a bike. Ulidih police station in-charge Meghnath Mandal said – A total of 5 people have carried out the Arpit murder case. David had killed Arpit over a money transaction dispute. Neeraj Singh alias Bhagna was present along with David at the spot. Situ Singh and Aditya Mishra had given weapons to David. All the accused are members of the Sittu gang. After killing Arpit, Sunil Rajak ran away with David and Neeraj on his bike. Later, Sunil had taken the four accused to Bihar by car.
Another accused arrested in CH area petrol pump firing case
Police have got another success in the case of firing on Pintu Yadav, who left the remand home near Bistupur CH Area Petrol Pump. The accused Purushottam Kumar Gupta alias Pintu, resident of Sakchi Kashidih, has been arrested by the police. According to the police, the arrested accused had given his car to the accused of firing to escape. The accused had gone to Ranchi in his car. A case was also registered against Purushottam Kumar Gupta in the police station. But, he was on the run. Police caught him on secret information. He was sent to jail on Friday. So far, the police have arrested 9 accused in this case and sent them to jail.
