oxygen of lack from someone died so this hospital will be whole responsible
DC Ghanshyam Thori said that in view of the next wave of corona, no effort was made on behalf of these hospitals to set up a plant to meet their oxygen requirement. Therefore, if they do not follow the guidelines of the administration, then the health department will be written to cancel the license of their Kovid care facilities as well. Apart from this, if someone dies due to lack of oxygen in his hospital, then he will also be held responsible for this. He himself will be responsible for arranging the stock of oxygen for himself.
