In this case, along with MLA Bains, Karmjit Singh, Baljinder Kaur, Jasbir Kaur, Sukhchain Singh, Paramjit Singh and Gogi Sharma have also been made accused.

In the same way, he was called to the office several times and raped. While the rest of the accomplices are involved in a conspiracy to threaten and pressure him. The woman’s application was quashed by the Judicial Magistrate’s court. On which the woman went to revision. On which Additional Sessions Judge RK Garg ordered to hear the matter again by sending the matter to the trial court. On which ACJM Harsimranjit Singh, after hearing the lawyers of both the sides, issued orders after accepting the application of 156 (3) CrPC filed by the woman. Victim’s lawyer Harish Rai Dhanda said that the attempt by the government to crush law and justice has failed and law has won. At the same time, Advocate Varun Gupta said that after hearing both the sides, the court has given the decision on the basis of the same after going through the facts.
