At Mahidharpura police station, a diamond trader has lodged a complaint of diamond swindling of Rs 1.41 lakh against two accused. The complainant said that he had filed a complaint against Dharmesh Vadhani and Upadhyay in 2017 for not returning the money on time and threatening to kill him. Complainant Bhavesh Lathia, a resident of Jakatnaka in Sarthana, said that in the year 2017, he had sold diamonds to Dharmesh Vadhani and Dharmesh Upadhyay.

But after the passage of time, both did not give Rs 1.41 lakh. Bhavesh told that when he started demanding his due money, both the accused started hesitating. After this the accused Dharmesh Upadhyay fled after closing his shop. While the second accused Dharmesh Vadhani called the victim to his shop to return the money.

There he first abused the complainant and then came down on the assault. Accused Dharmesh Vadhani also attacked his uncle with the victim with a knife. In this his uncle had also suffered injuries on both hands. Along with this, the accused had threatened to kill him anywhere if he complained about it.
