- Five Humsafars will go through Surat station, before this Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Double Decker have been restored
Due to the slowing down of Corona’s speed and the increase in the number of passengers, the Railways is now slowly restoring the trains. Seven Humsafar trains will be run again this month. This time these trains will run at 130 kmph instead of 110 kmph as the tracks have been upgraded.
Rajdhani, Shatabdi and double-decker trains have been restored before Humsafar Express. Now more than 100 trains stop daily at Surat station. Now with the introduction of Humsafar trains, the number of passengers along with the trains will also increase.
Booking of Tejas train closed for four months will also start soon
The Ahmedabad-Mumbai Tejas Express, which has been affected for the last one and a half years due to Corona, is now planned to be restored from August. This train is standing in Ahmedabad these days. This decision has been taken due to slowing down of Corona and increasing number of passengers.
IRCTC said that its booking will be started soon. For this, the date will be announced after taking a decision in the meeting. It is noteworthy that the operation of Tejas Express has been canceled for the last four months.
Note: 02497 Sriganganagar – Tiruchirappalli Humsafar has started from 5th July.
