Corona in the country: 37,645 new patients found, 39,674 cured; 720 lost their lives; 2,165 active cases increased in Maharashtra, there is a jump in it for two days

Corona report of 37,645 people came positive in the country on Sunday. During this, 39,674 people were cured and 720 died due to infection. A decrease of 2,759 has been registered in the number of active cases i.e. patients undergoing treatment. Maharashtra saw a jump of 2,165 cases in active cases on Sunday. There is an increase in active cases here for the last 2 days. There was an increase of 1,769 in active cases on Saturday.

The number of recoveries from infection in the country has crossed 3 crores. Till Sunday night, 3 crore 7 thousand people have been recovered in the country. That is, so many people have defeated Corona. However, the pace of reduction of active cases has slowed down. The number of active cases decreasing continuously for 6 days has remained less than 5 thousand. On July 5, more than 18 thousand active cases were reduced. Since then the number has remained less than 5 thousand.

Partial lockdown in 23 states/UTs
There is a partial lockdown in 23 states and union territories of the country. There are exemptions along with restrictions here. These include Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat is included.

1. Maharashtra
On Sunday, 8,535 people were found infected here. 6,013 people were cured and 350 people died. So far 61.57 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 59.12 lakh people have been cured, while 1.25 lakh people have died. Presently 1.16 lakh patients are being treated.

2. Chhattisgarh
On Sunday, 188 people were found corona positive in the state. 263 people were cured and 3 died. So far 9.97 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 9.79 lakh people have been cured, while 13,478 people have died. There are 4,784 patients who are undergoing treatment.

3. Uttar Pradesh
125 people were found infected here on Sunday. 134 people were cured and 5 died. So far, more than 17.07 lakh people have been infected in the state. Of these, 16.83 lakh have been cured, while 22,698 patients have died. 1,594 patients are being treated here.

4. Delhi
53 people were found corona positive in Delhi on Sunday. 99 people were cured and 3 died. So far 14.35 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, more than 14.09 lakh people have been cured, while 25,015 patients have died. 743 patients are being treated here.

5. Rajasthan
Here on Sunday 52 people were found corona infected and 100 people were cured. So far 9.53 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 9.43 lakh people have been cured, while 8,945 patients have died. At present 702 patients are undergoing treatment.

6. Gujarat
42 people were found corona positive in the state on Sunday. During this, 262 people were also cured. So far, about 8.24 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 8.13 lakh people have been cured, while 10,073 patients have died. 931 infected are being treated here.

7. Madhya Pradesh
23 new cases were reported here on Sunday. So far 7.90 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 7.80 lakh people have been cured, while 9,025 people died. 415 patients are currently undergoing treatment.
