In case of non-payment of dues, their property will be confiscated.

Three agencies looking after the advertisement work of Municipal Corporation have not deposited tax for two years. Now for the last time, the corporation administration has issued a notice asking it to deposit the arrears within thirty days. After this their property will be attached and tax will be collected by selling it.

Corporation Commissioner Dr. Garima Mittal informed that three different firms in Old Faridabad, NIT and Ballabgarh Zone were given contract by the Municipal Corporation for advertisement on Unipole and Gantry. On these, the Municipal Corporation has to pay tax of about seven crore rupees. He told that the Municipal Corporation Administration has issued notices to the agency several times asking them to deposit the tax but till now they have not deposited the tax. He says the agency has violated the terms of the agreement. In such a situation, now the three firms have been issued notice for the last time and ordered to pay the dues within 30 days. If the agency does not deposit the dues, then their property will be confiscated and sold and tax will be collected.
