Corporation squad breaking illegal construction
Action is being taken from time to time by the Enforcement teams against illegal colonization in the area of Municipal Corporation Gurugram. In this episode, the yellow paw of the corporation went on illegal constructions in Gwal hill on Thursday. In-charge of the enforcement team of Zone-3, Assistant Engineer Sanjog Sharma, Junior Engineer Hariom and Patwari Sunil Kumar’s team reached Gwal hill with JCB and police force. Here the colony was being developed illegally by some person. The team demolished a big building and warehouse being built illegally with the help of JCB. Apart from this, the team also took action against 4 temporary structures like Teenshed. Police force was present on the spot to deal with any kind of protest situation.
It is noteworthy that it is mandatory to take approval before any kind of construction is done within the limits of Municipal Corporation Gurugram. Zone wise, separate enforcement teams have been formed on the instructions of Municipal Commissioner Mukesh Kumar Ahuja to take action against the construction being done without prior approval. The in-charge of these teams has been given to the officers of the rank of Assistant Engineer and they have also been given the powers of Duty Magistrate. Enforcement teams are taking continuous action in their respective zones to remove unauthorized constructions, encroachments and illegal encroachments from corporation land.
