Demonstration against the central government: Mahila Congress protest against rising prices of petrol, diesel and LPG and rising inflation

Against the rising prices of petrol, diesel and LPG and rising inflation, a demonstration was held against the central government at Bata Chowk under the leadership of District President of Mahila Congress Sunita Phagna. During this, Fagna said that rising inflation has broken the back of the common man.

There is anger among the common people due to the increase in the prices of other essential commodities and petrol and diesel including food items like pulses, oil, cooking gas and other household items. Inflation has had an impact on the kitchen. The prices of gas, pulses, oil, sugar are touching the sky. Congress leader Baljit Kaushik said that today people are facing recession and epidemic. People have lost their jobs. Shops are closed.
