Police have kept the dead body of the deceased in Sector 16 Hospital.
A youth died after falling from the second floor of a house in Molly Complex in Chandigarh. He was drunk. The deceased has been identified as Munshilal (59). As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took the body in possession and sent it to Sector 16 Hospital.
According to the information received, Munshilal lived with his family in Molly Complex. He was addicted to drinking alcohol. As usual, after having dinner late at night, he went for a walk on the terrace of the second floor and fell on the first floor due to loss of control.
He bled after falling from one roof to another. Hearing his shouting, the family members and neighbors came running. Some of the people present on the spot informed the matter to the police control room. As soon as the information was received, the police also reached the spot.
The police took Munshilal to Sector 16 hospital, where after first aid, doctors declared him brought dead. According to the doctors, Munshilal died due to a serious head injury after falling from the second floor.
