Under the self-reliant India scheme, now this fund will also be used to strengthen APMC. In the cabinet briefing, Agriculture Minister Tomar once again appealed to the farmers to end the agitation. He said, the government is ready to talk to the farmers on every issue except the withdrawal of agricultural laws.

Tomar said that the MSP would continue and the mandis would be further strengthened. Ever since the farmers’ movement against agricultural laws started, the purchase of food grains, pulses and oilseeds has increased across the country. Tomar appealed to the farmer groups to end the agitation and start talks, saying that agricultural laws have benefited many farmers across the country.

Easy loan will be available to strengthen the mandis
If the Agriculture Act is implemented, the one lakh crore infrastructure development fund of the Center will be used by the agricultural mandis by taking easy loans under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund. Under Agri Infra Fund, loan will be available for construction of cold storage, silo etc. Tomar said that the mandis will be developed more by using the funds of crores of rupees. The central government has no intention of abolishing the MSP and the mandis.

It will be used to protect children from infection, improve health sector infrastructure and prevent infection.

This will lead to an expansion of 6,688 beds in central hospitals, All India Institutes of Medical Sciences and other medical institutions of national importance. Genome sequencing machines will be increased. He said that e-Sanjeevani would be expanded to increase the number of daily tele-consultations from 50 thousand to five lakhs.

Pediatric units will be set up in 736 districts. About 20,000 ICU beds will increase. Of these, 20 per cent children will have ICUs. 8,800 new ambulances will be taken. Graduate and PG medical interns, MBBS, BSc and GNM nursing students will also be added to deal with Corona.

Instructions to new ministers to stay in Delhi till August 15
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has instructed all the ministers to stay in Delhi till August 15. In particular, the new ministers have been instructed to do the work related to the ministry in view of the monsoon session. Schedule an appointment with MPs.
