- New cases less than 100 on the 10th day
The news of relief came in the state after 119 days. Because there was not a single death in the state from Corona on Wednesday. Whereas for the 10th consecutive day in the second wave, less than 100 new cases came in a day. 65 new cases were found on Wednesday. Earlier on March 11, not a single death was reported from Corona.
In the state, new cases have been found in double digits only in Ahmedabad and Surat, while a total of 289 patients were discharged in the state. There are zero cases in 15 districts and Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar metropolitan municipalities. The recovery rate has improved to 98.51 percent.
96 on 28 June, 93 on 29 June, 90 on 30 June, 84 on 1 July, 80 on 2 July, 76 on 3 July, 70 on 4 July, 62 on 5 July and 69 on 6 July. Here in Surat also only 11 cases came. However, there were cases in single digit here on Tuesday.
1969 active cases in the state, 10 on ventilator
So far 8 lakh, 24 thousand, 29 reports have come positive in the state. The death toll is 10,072. So far 8 lakh, 11 thousand, 988 patients have been discharged. There are 1969 active cases in the state, out of which 10 patients are on ventilator.
