CBSE has issued evaluation policy for the release of class 12th results. A committee has been formed by the schools. The board has issued a help desk so that the schools do not face any problem in making the results of class 12th. Dr. Rajan Lamba, President, Sahodaya Complex, said that the help desk can be called from 9.30 am to 5 pm to help schools prepare their results.
Problems related to preparation of results will be resolved at the help desk. The board has also released the help desk numbers and emails on the official site. On the help desk issued by the board, the members of the committee can get their problems resolved through phone or email. A team of experts has been constituted by the board at the help desk.
