A girl had told in relation to the incident after reaching Murar police station, stating that she was 15 years old and had alleged that she used to work as a broom in the house of Ganga Singh Bhadauria, a resident of CP Colony. His parents were taken hostage in the police station and beaten up by the police. In this, TI Murar Ajay Pawar, Sub Inspector Kirti Upadhyay were directly accused.

High court lashed out at police officers, gave investigation to CBI

The court, in its 129-page order, said that the police did not take action against the accused in the case and continued to torture the victim and her family. Police officers ranging from female sub-inspector to ASP level continued to influence the case at the behest of the accused’s grandfather Ganga Singh Bhadauria. There is a flaw in the police investigation. A fair investigation into the matter is necessary.
