Ignoring the rules: illegal occupations being done near the municipal office

Illegal encroachments by the people in the city continue. But no special attention is being given to this by the Municipal Corporation. One such case has come to the fore near the Municipal Corporation office, Sector-67, where a corner plot owner had made a boundary by including the roadside sidewalk in his area. If such illegal occupation is done near the municipal office itself, then what will happen in the rest of the city.
