A complaint was given on behalf of Mohali Industry Association SSP Mohali Satinder Singh and DC Mohali Girish Dayalan regarding the death of the patient on July 2 in ESI Hospital of Industrial Area Phase-7. On which orders were given by the DC to investigate on this complaint. The complaint has now been sent by the DC to the Investigation Wing of his office. Along with this, after investigating this complaint, it has also been asked to present its report before the DC.
Advocate Jasbir Singh, Chairman, Labor Law Committee of Industry Association and General Secretary Rajiv Gupta said that patients are facing a lot of trouble due to non-availability of facilities in ESI Hospital. On July 2 also, Subhash Pandey, an employee working in Phase-7 Industrial Area, was taken to ESI Hospital due to high fever in the evening. Where he died due to lack of proper treatment.
