Former administrators of the corporation AB Pati, Rajmohan Tiwari, Prem Prakash, Anugrah Narayan Pathak, DK Rai, Anand Mohan Singh are also under the ambit of investigation. The former administrators are accused of keeping their eyes closed even after knowing the appointment in a fake manner. Except for a few, the remaining workers continued to be paid under other heads including salary. Keep serving them. All remained in service for 20 to 25 years. Many are still in service.
Two FIRs were registered on the orders of the court
Baleshwar Singh, a retired employee of Sindri Zone, filed a complaint of reinstatement in the CJM Court in the year 2004 and 2011 on the basis of forged papers in the corporation. On the orders of the court, two FIRs were registered in Sindri police station in 2004 and 2011. 32 personnel were made in one FIR and 12 in the other. In both the cases, the police has submitted the charge sheet, but the matter is pending in the court.
