According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), an investigation into the mid-air marriage case has been started. A full report in the case has been sought from the airline and the airport authority. The crew member was removed from the roster. Here, the airport director says that Spicejet Chartered was booked from Madurai. The airport authority was unaware of this.
