Surat airport has now reached its pre-corona period. Now 50 flights have started operating from here. Of these, 18 are weekly. Every day the number of flights keeps on increasing. On an average, more than 25 flights are operating in a day. More than 3000 flights per day and around one lakh passengers have started moving in a month. The number of flights is going to increase from August.

Before Corona, more than one lakh passengers used to travel every month. 50 to 56 flights operated. This number kept on increasing. In the last one month, IndiGo and SpiceJet have resumed several flights from Surat airport. GoAir will also operate its flights in the coming days. This will also increase the number of passengers with the flight.

Kolkata-Patna-Surat flight daily from August 1
SpiceJet’s Kolkata-Patna-Surat flight will operate daily from August 1. This flight is currently operating on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in a week. SpiceJet’s flight from Surat to Goa thrice a week and from Surat to Bangalore also thrice a week has started from July 23.

Jaipur-Surat-Hyderabad flight will start from August 13
IndiGo’s Jaipur-Surat-Hyderabad regular flight will start from August 13. This flight will take off from Jaipur at 12.50 pm and will reach Surat at 2.20 pm. After staying here for 30 minutes, it will fly at 2.50 pm and reach Hyderabad at 4.25 pm. From there it will leave at 5.10 pm and reach Surat at 6.50 pm.
