- Accused of puncturing the bike, the youth was beating up
In the Limbayat area last night, four anti-social elements who came on two different bikes were assaulting a youth accusing him of puncturing the bike. During that time, along with his brother who came to the rescue, the miscreants beat him up and pushed him down.
After this, he died after several stabbings on him with knives. The miscreants also tried to kill the brother of the deceased and they fled. Tushar alias Sendio, a resident of Dindoli Krishna Nagar, was sitting with his friends in the street number-2 of Krishna Kunj Society located in Limbayat at around 11 pm last night.
At the same time the accused Jitu Dilip Patil, Samadhan alias Dada, Vishal and Ashu came there on two different bikes. As soon as they came, the accused started beating Tushar by saying ‘Today you have to finish’. During that time his brother Kamlesh Mohansing Girase (22 years) had started intervening.
The accused also grabbed him and started beating him. He hit her badly with kicks and punches and then pushed her to the ground and threw her to the ground. Because of which he got injured. Simultaneously, Tushar was stabbed to death with a knife and fled. The incident caused panic and commotion in the area.
Both brothers were taken to the hospital for injuries. Where Kamlesh Girase died during first aid. Expressing outrage over the incident, the family members said that the thrashers are anti-social elements and they often cause similar violence. Police have started further action by registering a case of murder against all the accused.
The younger brother Kamlesh had come to save me, but he also stabbed him with a knife, due to which he died.
Rahul Mohan Singh Girase, brother of the deceased Kamlesh told that the incident happened late at night. Four people who came on two bikes including Jitu, Vishal and Dada, who had an anti-social image in this area, suddenly attacked me. After this my brother Kamlesh came in the middle to save me. But those people started beating him too and took out the knife and attacked him suddenly, after which a stampede broke out. Before my brother could get any treatment, he died.
