National Lok Adalat is being organized on July 10 in the judicial complex located in Sector-12. In this, 10 have been appointed to dispose of the cases. According to CJM cum District Legal Services Authority secretary Mangalesh Kumar Choubey, the cases will be settled with the mutual consent of the people.
He told that the cases of all insurance companies, motor accident claims, tribunals will be settled in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Rajesh Sharma. Whereas the cases related to electricity will be settled in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Narendra Sura. Family matters will be settled in the court of Additional Principal Judge Family Court Yashika Yadav.
Additional District and Sessions District Judge cum Presiding Officer Tribunal cum Labor Court, the cases related to Industrial Tribunal cum Labor Court will be disposed of in the court of Dr. The cases related to summary and MCF will be settled in the court of LD Chief Judicial Magistrate Sandeep Chauhan.
