Health arrangements were inspected by the team of Medical Council of India at IGMC Hospital. This inspection was done online. During this, the team examined all the health arrangements available to the patients in the hospital. In which he took stock of the arrangements in other departments including Ortho, Medicine, Gynecology, Surgery. The MCI inspectors conducted this inspection through online videography. In which to know about health systems as well as education of trainee doctors etc.
Last year the inspection was postponed due to Corona. At the same time, this time also it was done through online medium. Along with this, the necessary data has been sent by the hospital administration to the MCI team. Inspection is necessary for the recognition of permitted seats, in which registration of practicing doctors in MCI is possible. Also, they become eligible to do jobs in outside states.
The treatment of patients is carried out by using state-of-the-art machines with sophisticated diagnostic systems, thereby benefiting the practice of trainee doctors with patients. Permission was received from the government to fill seats for MD and MS in 2017, followed by inspection under these seats in the year 2020. IGMC Principal Dr Surendra Singh said that the inspection was done online by the team of MCI in IGMC. In which information was taken about the health arrangements of the patients as well as the education of trainee doctors.
