- Case of Indira Colony, attacked on the chest with a knife, died on the spot
One person died in a fight between two groups over the removal of a bicycle parked in front of the house. The name of the deceased is Binder, who is a resident of Sector-16 Indira Colony. In this case, on the complaint of the deceased’s son Rinku, in Sector-14 police station, a case has been registered against 5 people under five different sections of the IPC and three accused have been arrested.
The matter is on Thursday night around 9 pm when Binder, a resident of Sector-16 Indira Colony, was working in the house by parking his cycle in front of the house. At the same time, Satish Kumar, who reached outside Binder’s house, asked him to remove the cycle. Thus, an argument started between the two. According to the complaint of the son of the deceased, soon after the argument, Satish reached the spot along with his sons Vicky, Sunny and neighbors Mahipal and Mohit.
Satish attacked Binder with a stick and accused Vicky put a knife in the chest of the complainant’s father. He was picked up and taken to Sector-6 General Hospital in a hurry. There the doctors declared him brought dead.
Based on the complaint of the son of the deceased, a case was registered against the 5 accused. At the same time, the arrested accused have been identified as Satish, Sunny, Vicky, all three accused Indira Colony. On Saturday, the police will present all three in the court.
