The Jharkhand government is trying to keep the third-fourth grade jobs safe for the people living in the state. For this, preparations are being made to change the local policy. The Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language is preparing a proposal for this. In the first phase, a proposal for amendment has been prepared in the Examination Conduct Rules-2015 for the examination to be conducted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission.
According to this, only those who have passed the examinations from Jharkhand will be eligible for matriculation-inter level appointments in the state. However, it is still being discussed that what provisions should be made for the natives of Jharkhand, whose children have passed the matriculation-inter examination from other states. Due to any provision, they will not remain deprived, it is also under consideration. It is worth mentioning that the Jharkhand government has declared the year 2021 as the year of appointment. Preparations are underway to fill the vacant posts.
Examination conduct rules were made in 2015
During the tenure of Raghuvar Das for the appointments of third-fourth grade, examination conduct rules were made in 2015. The definition of locality was fixed in 2016. According to this, those who were born and studied up to 10th in Jharkhand, have acquired immovable property to live here even further, they will be considered as local. Only they can be the candidates for the jobs here. At that time it was not mentioned in the exam conduction rules that from where to pass matriculation-inter for third-fourth grade jobs. That is why there is amendment in the rules.
