Railway’s decision: 10 pairs of more trains of Western Railway will be restored; Bandra-Ahmedabad will now run daily

Western Railway has decided to restore 10 pairs of special trains. Apart from this, Bandra Terminus – Ahmedabad Superfast Special train has been made daily. Train No. 09073 will leave Bandra Terminus at 14.40 hrs every Friday from 20th August and will arrive Gandhidham at 5.40 hrs, the next day.

Similarly, Train No. 09074 Special will leave Gandhidham at 20.45 hrs on every Thursday from 19th August and will arrive Bandra Terminus at 11.55 hrs next day. This train will stop at Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Viramgam, Surendranagar, Wankaner and Bhachau stations. This train will have AC 2 Tier, AC 3 Tier, Sleeper Class and Second Class Seating Coaches.

09035/09036 Mumbai Central – Porbandar Saurashtra Special (Daily)

09035 Mumbai Central – Porbandar Special train will leave Mumbai Central at 9.20 hrs everyday from 18th August and will arrive Porbandar at 5.30 hrs the next day. Similarly, Train No. 09036 Special will leave Porbandar at 21.20 hrs everyday from 19th August and will reach Mumbai Central at 19.30 hrs the next day.

This train will stop at Dadar, Borivali, Nadiad, Maninagar, Ahmedabad Jn, Sabarmati Jn, Sanand, Viramgam, Surendranagar, Wankaner, Rajkot, Hapa, Jamnagar, Bhanwad and Ranav stations. Train number 09035 will have additional stoppage at Vasai Road station. This train will have AC 3 Tier, Sleeper Class and Second Class Seating Coaches.

09229/09230 Mumbai Central – Hisar Superfast Special (Bi-Weekly): 09229 Mumbai Central – Hisar Special will depart Mumbai Central at 23.00 hrs on every Tuesday & Sunday from 17th August and arrive Hisar at 20.35 hrs, the next day. Similarly, 09230 Special will leave Hisar at 10.00 hrs on every Tuesday & Thursday from 19th August and will arrive Mumbai Central at 8.20 hrs, the next day. This train will stop at Vadodara, Ratlam, Sawai Madhopur, Jaipur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Loharu and Sadulpur stations. This train will have AC First Class, AC 2 Tier and AC 3 Tier Coaches.

Train No. 09055/09056 Valsad-Jodhpur Special Train: Train No. 09055 Valsad-Jodhpur Special will run every Tuesday from 17th August and Train No. 09056 Jodhpur-Valsad Special will run on every Wednesday from 18th August.

Both these trains were made tri-weekly from 16 to daily.

The frequency of 09029/09030 Bandra Terminus-Ahmedabad Superfast Special and 09029/30 Bandra Terminus-Ahmedabad Special has been increased from tri-weekly to daily with effect from 16 August.
