Rape case in Tavadu: The girl who gave birth to a child accused the youth of rape

A 15-year-old unmarried girl resident of a city ward gave birth to a child. Along with this, the girl accused a young man of raping her. On the statement of the victim girl, the police started action by registering a case against the named youth under various sections. The victim girl told in the statement given to the police that Shivkumar alias Mukesh used to visit her house for about 4 years.

Last year his parents had gone to their village in UP. Her brother and sister-in-law were sleeping separately at home and she was sleeping at a distance. On the same night, Shiv Kumar alias Mukesh raped her, due to which she became pregnant and gave birth to a boy.

At first she did not tell her parents that Mukesh had raped her, as Mukesh had threatened to kill her. On the statement of the victim girl, the police have registered a case against Mukesh under various sections.
