Remand: Sudhir Dubey on 3-day remand in Sitaramdera gang war case, Sudhir admits that he had orchestrated the gang war

Police has taken Sudhir Dubey on remand for three in the gang war firing case in front of Patelnagar Nitibagh Colony gate of Sitaramdera last year. On 30 April 2020, there was a scuffle between Kanhaiya Singh and associates of Akhilesh Singh gang and Kallu Rai and associates of Sudhir Dubey gang.

Sitaramdera police station had applied to take Sudhir Dubey on remand for five days in the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Krishna Lohra, who was hearing the case. But the court on Wednesday allowed only three days’ remand. After this, the police took him from jail to the police station for questioning late in the evening. Sudhir admitted that he had created the gang war strategy. He was monitoring on mobile from Kallu Rai on the day of the incident. He has also given the names of the accomplices to the police.
