In Sector-40 police station area, the woman hit her car parked on the side of the road. When an attempt was made to stop the hitting vehicle, the accused dragged the victim on the bonnet of his vehicle for about 50 meters. The entire incident was captured in a CCTV camera installed in a nearby shop. The complaint of the matter was given to Sector-40 police station. The victim alleges that instead of taking action in the matter, the police is engaged in smudges. Pradeep Kumar, a resident of Jharsa, said that he had gone to Bombay Hotel in Sector-40 police station area to collect goods from his Baleno car at around 7.45 pm on July 28. He was taking the goods by parking the car on the side of the road. During this, a car hit his car. Seeing this, he reached to stop that car. A woman was driving the hit car. A man was also present in the car. When Pradeep got the woman down from the car, the person in the same vehicle sat on the seat and tried to run away from the spot by putting the woman in the car.

When Pradeep tried to stop the vehicle, the accused dropped him on the bonnet of the vehicle and dragged him for about 50 meters away. When Pradeep fell down as soon as the car stopped, the accused fled from the spot with the vehicle. At the same time, Sector-40 police station in-charge says that a case of road accident has come to the fore, but the matter of dragging the person on the bonnet of the vehicle did not come to notice. The matter is being investigated, soon the accused will be arrested.
