Although the company has also taken a dumping site to dump the debris, but this site is completely empty. The company has illegally dumped the debris. The Forest Department has also imposed a fine of Rs 1 crore 15 lakh 60 thousand on this company.

According to the department, there has been complete negligence in the dumping case for road construction. Even before this, the company has been fined by the department but the company did not learn from it. The Gavar Construction Company has argued that the officials had dumped the debris at the dumping site itself. But he got washed away in the river in the rain. The rest of the debris is used for cut and feel in road construction.

Kullu Forest Divisional Officer Angel Chauhan said that Gavar Construction Company has violated the dumping of debris in an area of ​​14560 square meters. A notice has been sent to the company on behalf of the department. Although the company had also taken a dumping site near Dohlunala, the debris has not been dumped in this site, this site is lying vacant.

Violation has happened in 11 and a half thousand square meters
In the action taken by the Forest Department, the fine which has been imposed on the Gaonar Construction Company, the company has illegally dumped the debris in an area of ​​11 thousand 560 square meters. Instead of dumping the debris in the dumping site, it is illegally dumped elsewhere.

Road construction completed one and a half year ago
Right now only two-lane has been constructed in the right bank from Kullu to Manali, which has been constructed by the said company. The construction of the road has been completed one and a half years ago. Now when the department inspected from Kullu to Manali, during the construction of this road, heavy negligence has been found in the dumping case.
