Surat | On the occasion of Independence Day, Western Railway has tightened security at Surat and other major railway stations. Luggage of passengers of incoming and outgoing trains is being checked. A total of 1000 RPA personnel are engaged in security in Mumbai Division. On Friday, Saturday, a total of three cases were reported in the city of Corona and two in the district. So far a total of 143547 positives have come. Not a single patient died on Saturday. So far 2114 patients have died. Four patients were discharged on Saturday. So far 141379 patients have been cured. Now there are 54 active patients left.
Talking about Mikor mycosis, a new patient was admitted to Smier Hospital on Saturday. One patient was discharged. There are 12 patients admitted in Civil Hospital and 3 in SMIMER. Two patients underwent surgery in Civil. Surgery has been done for 435 patients in Civil and 76 in Smeer.
