Veer Narmad Dakshin Gujarat University did not pay heed for several days to the complaint given on changing the date of online examination and hostel problem. Angered by this, activists of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) reached the Vice-Chancellor’s office on Tuesday.
Complaining to Vice-Chancellor Kishore Chavda, he said that if the problem is not resolved within two days, he will agitate in front of your office. The ABVP workers gave a memorandum to the Vice-Chancellor that they had complained about changing the date of online examination and resolving the hostel problem.
Even after several days, no cognizance was taken. To whom should the students go? Ishaan Mattoo, in-charge of ABVP’s university campus, said that the vice-chancellor is unable to do any work. They have no knowledge of work.
He imposes all the work on the Syndicate and the Academy Council. If the Vice-Chancellor is not able to take a decision, he should resign from his post. The university falsely claims to be digital. The reality is that digitization has completely failed.
