The education of the students of Pathways School located in Baliawas will be started again by the school management, as well as the parents will have to deposit the fees for six months within a week. This decision has been given by the Punjab and Haryana High Court regarding the matter of terminating the students.
In fact, a few months ago, Pathways School had issued orders to terminate seven students from the school for raising the issue of fees. After which the parents of the students reached the High Court in this regard. The verdict in this matter has been pronounced on Tuesday. A petition was filed in the court on behalf of the parents of all the seven students regarding the matter. The court has fixed September 10 for hearing in this matter.
