In Jalandhar, a young man running a grocery shop in the neighborhood implicated the minor in a love trap. Then he threatened her and took her away. The accused married her in the temple and then continued to have physical relations by taking her to an unknown place. After about 2-3 days, he left her and ran away. When the complaint of the case was received, the Maqsood police arrested the accused by registering a case against him for kidnapping, rape, threatening to kill him and under the POCSO Act.
First kept an evil eye, then started threatening
Police Station Maqsood SHO Kanwarjit Singh Ball told that the minor girl living in the area told that she used to stay in the house after studying till the fifth standard. Meanwhile, Arun Kumar, a young man living in his neighborhood, started keeping a bad eye on him. He was running a grocery shop there for a year. The accused also started threatening her.
Called to the school on the pretext and then went to the temple and got married
On June 2, Arun Kumar called her to the government primary school in the village on the pretext. After this, on the pretext of marriage, he took her away with him. Then he took her to the temple and married her. After which he was taken to some unknown place. There the accused youth forcibly made physical relations with her, saying that she was getting married.
When he was full in 2-3 days, he ran away, the victim reached the police
For about 2-3 days, he stayed in an unknown place like this and the accused kept on physically abusing him. After that he ran away leaving her alone. When the matter reached the police, a case was registered against the accused and he was arrested.
