But during this time Wasim had an altercation with Pradeep. Due to this he started having a rivalry with Pradeep. Wasim told this to his brother Shahrukh. He decides to teach Pradeep a lesson. The accused got information that Pradeep Ranjit Singh was sitting at a mobile shop in the market. After this, Shahrukh reaches the shop with his brother Wasim and Shakeel with a pistol. There he takes out a pistol from his pocket and points it at Pradeep. Seeing this, a crowd gathered there.

During this, the accused put the pistol in his paint pocket to hide it. Someone present there informed the police. After this the police reached from Chawla Colony outpost. Shahrukh put his hand in his pocket with the intention of running away and tried to take out the pistol. During this, the trigger of the pistol was pressed and the bullet was fired. The bullet hit the left leg of the accused and he was injured. Taking action against the accused, the police arrested them with an illegal pistol and registered a case of attempt to murder and illegal possession of weapons at the Ballabhgarh police station in the city. One pistol and four live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the accused. The accused Shahrukh was admitted to the hospital under the supervision of the police. The information about the pistol will be taken after it is recovered. While the police produced the other two accused in the court and sent them to jail.
