The sultry heat has increased in Himachal once again due to the weakening of the monsoon. Due to the bright sunshine, the maximum temperature has increased from two to three degrees Celsius. On Tuesday, the maximum temperature of Sundernagar was 35.4, Bhuntar 35.1, Dharamsala 30.6, Nahan 33.1, Solan 33, Kangra 36.1, Bilaspur 37, Hamirpur 35.5 and Chamba 34.9 degrees Celsius.

The maximum temperature of Shimla has been recorded at 25 degree Celsius. The Messam Department has issued a yellow alert for heavy rain at some places in the moderate to high altitude areas of the state from Wednesday to July 10.
