There was a ruckus during the performance of Bhojpuri Kala Sanrakshan Morcha in Ara Junction campus today. RPF jawans got into a scuffle with the members of the agitating front for 25 days. After this, an FIR was registered against them in the railway station under the sections of unauthorized entry, sloganeering, commotion etc. Police had also detained 5 members of the Morcha. However, they were released with orders to appear in the court yesterday.

We should not be compelled to take drastic steps for our rights. Colorist Manoj Kumar Singh said that we have inherited this painting from our ancestors. Each person should try to protect it according to his capacity.

Rangkarmi Ratan Deva said that this movement will end only after written assurance or work order. Theater artist Ashok Manav said that along with protecting the local culture, it is also a fight to protect the bread of local artists.

Kamal Kumar Rai, Sanjay Kumar Singh, Kishan Singh, Manoj Shrivastava, Ghanshyam Pathak, Suresh Singh, Roopa Kumari, Nirala Kumar, former councilors Dr. Shashi Saxena, Kamlesh Nath Pandey, Nagendra Kumar were prominent in the program of the procession.
