Corona LIVE in the country: Doctors’ conference in Bengaluru raised concerns of administration, Omicron infected doctor joined in

The International Medical Conference held between November 19-21 in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, has increased the concern of the administration. Actually, three doctors involved in this conference held at One Star Hotel have been found to be Corona positive. One of these people is infected with Omicron. He attended the conference for a few hours on 20 November. The very next day he started showing signs of infection. In such a situation, there is a possibility of other people involved in this meeting also getting infected.

18 corona positive out of 16 thousand passengers coming from at risk countries
So far, RT-PCR test of 16000 passengers of 58 flights coming from at risk countries has been done. Of these, 18 corona positives have been found. Their report has been sent for genome sequencing. Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya gave this information in the Lok Sabha on Friday. The 11 countries that have been placed in the at risk category include the United Kingdom, South Africa, Brazil, Botswana, China, Zimbabwe, Mauritius, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Israel.
