Yamaha FZ-X Chrome edition launched at Rs 1.40 lakh: First 100 customers to get Casio G-Shock watches – Times of India

Yamaha has launched the FZ-X in a captivating chrome colour scheme, priced at Rs 1.40 lakh, ex-showroom. The model was showcased at the recently concluded Bharat Mobility Show 2024.
What more? The Japanese manufacturer is also offering a special incentive for early birds. The first 100 online bookings for the Chrome variant will receive a Casio G-Shock watch upon vehicle delivery.
Besides the new colour scheme, the motorcycle remains unchanged in terms of design, features, and dimensions.Powering this model is the same 149 cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 12.4 hp and 13.3 Nm of peak torque. This motor comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
Furthermore, the FZ-X continues to boast its current features, including a Traction Control System (TCS), single-channel ABS in the front with a rear disc brake, multi-function fully digital instrument cluster, round LED headlight, rear mudguard, lower engine guard, and Bluetooth-enabled Y-Connect App among other features.

For suspension duties, the motorcycle gets telescopic front forks and a 7-step adjustable monocross unit at the rear. For braking, it employs a 282 mm front disc with ABS and a 220 mm disc on the rear wheel. The model is also compatible with E20 fuel. In other developments, the company displayed a host of products at the recent Bharat Mobility Global Expo in New Delhi, including the flagship R1M.
